GOD, THE CREATOR

Bible Scripture: Genesis 1:1 : "In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth."

This single verse lays the foundation of our faith. It declares that before time began, before anything existed, there was God. He is the Creator of all things—both seen and unseen.

1. God’s Sovereignty – He is the supreme authority over the universe. Nothing exists apart from Him. No situation is beyond His power.

2. God’s Creativity – Out of nothing, God spoke and created everything. This reminds us that God can bring beauty out of brokenness in our lives.

3. God’s Purpose – Creation was not accidental. Everything was designed for a reason—including you! Your life is not random; God has a divine purpose for you.

Personal Application:

• Trust in God’s Power: Just as He created the world, He can create new opportunities, healing, and restoration in your life.

• Align with God’s Purpose: Seek His will daily. Ask, “Lord, what have You created me for?”

• Praise Him as Creator: Take a moment to worship God for His marvelous works in creation and in your own life.

Prayer:

"Heavenly Father, I acknowledge You as the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Thank You for the beauty and order of Your creation. I trust that You are still working in my life, shaping and molding me according to Your perfect will. Help me to walk in the purpose for which You created me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
